Return Goods Policy

*Returns will not be accepted without approval by Customer Service

1. No Returns will be accepted after 60 days from the date of invoice

2. No Returns on custom products, special packaging or discontinued items.

3. For return of products we do not manufacture, we will apply the return policy of our vendors

4. All Merchandise returned must be shipped freight Prepaid except merchandise returned due to Lymtech's shipping error or defect.

5. A restocking charge of 25% will apply to all returns, except merchandise returned due to shipping error or defect

6. Only merchandise in it's original full-unopened shipping packages will be authorized for return

7. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to merchandise after our customer or their agents have accepted it.

8. Customer Service must be contacted to issue authorization to return goods with an RGA number, which must be marked on cases prior to any return.

9. All returns must be made within 30 days of return authorization issue date.

10. Shortages will be claimed when shipment is received.

11. Minimum order: $75.00.
